Once you reach thirty, people will start saying you are "getting old." But if someone dies at thirty, they will say "gone too soon." That alone should tell you how inconsistent public opinion can be.
If you are a friend to a rich person, that does not automatically make you a rich person or be treated as one. But if you are close to a thief, you may quickly be labeled a partner in crime. That is how society works. It does not always apply logic fairly.
So do not let anyone rush you with their timelines or scare you with their comments. Think for yourself. Use your own judgment. Move at your own pace. Live your life with wisdom, not pressure.
