@jzulgad Yes sir. Several of them actually. For BP, he would take his fly balls with the first 2 hitting groups and then hit in the third group. For the last group, he would play shortstop and I would play second and we would turn double plays.

Christian Vazquez at second base is the second oddest thing Twins fans have seen as far as guys out of position in Cleveland. The top one is Kirby Puckett once playing shortstop in Cleveland -- a move that thrilled Roti players.

@jzulgad Looks like 1 game in 1990, 2 games in 1992 and 1 game in 1995. Baseball Reference doesn’t lie. I had to run from the field to the clubhouse to grab his infielders glove. I think he was also 5th infielder with tie game and runner on third with less than 2 outs.

@Realjockwasher From Twins Time: On Aug. 16, 1990, in a 7-5 loss to the Cleveland Indians, he played in right field, then at shortstop, third base, second base. (I forgot about this.) Did it again in 1995 at the Dome.

@BridgesDPOY @CallMe_NonStop Actually the shot clock horn goes off and then the refs blow the whistle. I was sitting on the floor by the Wolves bench for this one.

@BridgesDPOY @CallMe_NonStop Play was whistled dead because he locked him up and caused a 24 second violation. It was awesome to watch. Didn’t go for pump fakes and couldn’t get by him.
