@hasumpstuffedup Boo, can't agree with this. Collects the ball, looks up and seems to be preparing to take a shot on goal, all while he runs 4 steps before the tackle is laid. Seen HtB given (correctly) for much less.

This is a correct decision.
He has no prior opportunity and the ball gets dislodged by the tackle
