@IndyPedCrisis Traffic enforcement is necessary. I do not know a single person in this city who doesn’t have a legitimate complaint about red light runners, speeders, or aggressive drivers. DO SOMETHING!

@IndyPedCrisis This is MY neighborhood. I walk, bike, run, and drive through here daily. I once thought that infrastructure could fix poor driving behavior. I gave up on that four years ago. This is a one-lane construction zone. Nothing should be more “traffic calming.” (1/2)

We *have* to curtail bad driver behavior. In the long-term, we do that by changing our infrastructure. In the short-term, we do that by strictly enforcing our existing traffic laws.

I assure you that we are invested in simple compliance with traffic and bike lanes, especially as we switch to two-way traffic in the future on Michigan.
