The confidence, trust, and loyalty I have for myself wasn’t given to me… I built it. Brick by brick.
I chose myself when all I wanted was to choose someone else. I did it anyway.
I ignored how much it hurt at the time, and slowly, I buried that version of me… the one who almost chose someone else over herself, even for a second.
That’s a version of me that will never return.

Unforgiveness is like a poison you take but expecting someone to die.
Sometimes we forgive so we can free ourselves from the hurt and move on, not because the person deserves it.

Some people do unforgivable things. Somethings are not meant to be forgiven. Miss me with that God said we should forgive so He can forgive us too. We are humans. We can never be like God. There are just certain people you should never ever forgive.
