If that’s so, then trillions should not be spent on a pipe dream that net zero will solve the problem. The money should be spent on technology and infrastructure. Japan built a 400 mile wall against tsunamis. They didn’t wait for decades to even see if the global temperature would drop from net zero co2 BS. They acted. In England we haven’t had a new reservoir in 40 years. Spain shut down reservoirs and changed water ways and floods resulted. Arsonists are starting fires in Spain at an 800% increase over last 2 years. We are being played. It’s time to not hope and to get practical.

It isn’t climate change. It is lack of infrastructure, arson, and natural conditions. Net zero doesn’t have a remote chance of altering it. That money spent on infrastructure would handle a lot. In England there hasn’t been a new reservoir in 40 years, but population growth. Many of the floods are because reservoirs were shut down and waterways altered. If you think that level of water in the video was from rainfall, you are not questioning wide enough. You seem to have a trust of government, media and scientists. I have a natural distrust based on history and human nature. Power tends to end up in wanting as much control over people. If you want a discussion on environmental care and eco systems, I’m fully for it and behind it. And for investing in tech to improve things.
