So, its better for me to switch Tata Sky where we have to give miss call to subscribe any channel instead of just clicking okay. Though, i will continue with Airtel, but this is very disappointing move to make extra money.

In my home, DTH is being used by my Parents or Inlaws who are not very vell educated. So while changing to next channel, they click ok on unsubscribed channel and subscribe it which they really dont want. When I ask this to your supoort they say it as per design and they helpless

@airtelindia I should appreciate you for making your extreme box very smartle to make extra bucks from consumers. You made so easy option of clicking one button to subscribe any channel. Thank for thinking of our convenience. But, is it really for our convenience?

Finally, after an hour later I am number 2. What a service ICICI.

@ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care You really have to improve your support staff number. 1:30hr to just connect with you. Either you are very short of staff or you have too many complaints. Its been 1:20hr and I am still at number 3. @RBI @RBIsays

@airtelindia Is this some kind of joke. Why am I getting messages every 30min stating I have 1GB data. Dont you think one message is enough to me. I had double check the DND because of you and seems its already active and you dont consider this as promotional messages.
