@Fly_Norwegian I have tried to go through your website and have emailed you but have not heard back in a while. Can we please sort a refund out now without delay? If not I will be forced to make a complaint. It is illegal for you to not provide me with a refund

@Fly_Norwegian I dont have a phone to call you and have tried your chat service but it just insists I call you. I would like to get a refund for a cancelled flight? Can you help with this?
