Amid the chaos at Bondi Beach, a brave bystander tackled one of the armed suspects and ripped the shotgun from his hands before he could fire again.
The dramatic moment may have prevented further injuries as beachgoers ran for their lives.

Two men opened fire near Bondi Pavilion, causing chaos as beachgoers fled the scene. At least 10 people have been injured, according to New South Wales Ambulance. Police arrested both suspects at the scene, with spent cartridges seen scattered around them as they were cuffed. No deaths have been confirmed so far, and the motive behind the attack remains unknown.
