@CRTWestMidlands off side bottom paddle on Farmers Bridge lock 4 is very stiff and slipping on its ratchet, impossible to fully raise

We enjoyed curry with a view last night. And the #BCNChallenge results came in while we were eating - we came second!

We've been moored up at Hawne Basin for a few hours, enjoying the lovely hospitality. Now that the rain has stopped, everything's looking great! #BCNChallenge

Pleased to announce that our mates The Swans have, in the past 24 hours, brought 2 perfect little clouds into the world

Just passed Atlas and Malus! That makes it somehow feel like official #BCNChallenge time.

@CRTWestMidlands just headed up Farmers Bridge locks and noticed lock 6 bottom tow path side paddle seems to be disconnected.

@CRTContactUs Just to let you know, at Caldon Canal lock 3 the top tow path side paddle is not working, guess it isn’t connected. Also it seems that there must be a leak from the chamber of lock 2 (top of the staircase) through to the tow path, as the tow path was flooded.

Minion @smudgepuss had an appropriate @AvantiWestCoast train home from @BCNSociety #BCNChallenge today!
