"The 2 drills I feel best translate to being a better WR is the box drill and not having a false step and being able to gain as much ground as possible. If a player can gain 10-14 inches in the game of football, that's big. The other is the development of hand eye coordination."

At 8:00PM we’re on the campus @OceansideFB and for the first time, bringing in the third “Coach Crosby” to join the show. @CoachCrosby3 is a former TE with USC and now coaches Varsity LBs and is the JV Head Coach for the Landsharks.
