I call 🐮💩 - most of the so called slumlords are people who foolishly purchased rent controlled buildings where they can't possibly make enough money to do the repairs which have, for the most part, been caused by the tenants who have rent controlled apartments and lack the pride of living in an apartment. Rent control should have been ended meant years ago. It should never have been allowed to be inherited or sold.

@Eman_8282 I was wrong that didn't make a "6" Move the horizontal match stick in the number "4" to a vertical position so it is placed under the top verticle match stick on the left side of the number "4" changing the number to "113"

@Eman_8282 Move the top side match stick in the number 3 to the left side of the top of the number 3 changing it to a 6. The new number is now 46 which is greater than 43.
