OpenAI will probably win because Elon’s case has one fatal problem: He has to convince the court that OpenAI’s structure is a betrayal, while OpenAI has receipts showing he wanted a profit structure too, just with himself in control. That does not look like defending the mission. It looks like losing the throne and suing the kingdom.

Pretty much finding patterns or similarities of those input and output regardless of the controller(input) that you use. If they have those tiktok cheating controllers it will detected it

All you can do is ban VPN IPs, but even then some VPNs can create virtual IPs lol yeah it's a tough business, but there are always ways to bypass it and also there are always ways for cheaters too

@Recursive_Kill @Parasite @ConsoleKings @BigRedXzosT What about about disabling vpns on said sites and banning ips. Sounds like California has another broad overarching oversimplified law. Go figure lol. Surprise they can even operate these sites in California without a tag saying this could cause cancer.
