@HoodiGarland Reclamation projects & undrafted FAs are really where the Cavs shine brightest as an organization the last couple years. Sam Merrill, Dean Wade, Ty Jerome, CPJ, Tomlin May not sound like a ton, but most teams don't have this level of production from the scrap heap.

Tony Grossi proposes a blockbuster draft-day scenario that would send Myles Garrett to the Cowboys in exchange for multiple first-round picks and a player, positioning it as a potential path for the Browns to reset their future. "The Cowboys own picks No. 12 and No. 20 in this year’s draft. They also have Green Bay’s No. 1 pick in the 2027 draft as a result of the Micah Parsons trade, but gave up their own No. 1 to the Jets for defensive tackle Quincy Williams. Terms of that trade guarantee the Jets the better of the No. 1s – whichever is higher between Dallas and Green Bay. The key to a Garrett trade, of course, would be to secure an extra pick, or more, in 2027. @LanceReisland Nick Chubb was an all-time great RB while he was healthy. Even if you are guaranteed that level of production -- and as good as he is, Love is no Chubb imho -- I still don't know if it is worth a Top 10 pick. The shelf life is just too short and the # of quality RBs too high.

@buddcheegs @PhenoMVP Going from a 26yo 2x All-Star to a 36yo is a massive exchange that basically never happens. DG was borderline All-NBA last yr. And it was done to appease Don according to most reports. Also don't think it's a coincidence they chose a huge PG to cover for Mitchell.

@buddcheegs @PhenoMVP Well, we'll see. If the Cavs make a real run this playoffs, he re-signs & maintains a high level of play into his mid-30s, the gamble of throwing everything behind Mitchell will pay off. I'm dubious that will happen, but would love to be wrong. Still hate the return for DG.

@buddcheegs @PhenoMVP Then they should have traded Donovan. I'm just diametrically opposed to trading a talent like DG at 26yo when his value is low. Could've gotten close to what we gave up for Dono -- maybe more. And it solves the "small backcourt" and "won't re-sign" problems.

For the life of me I've never understood why the press and the political class find it so difficult to talk about @realDonaldTrump's severe and manifest personality disorders. These disorders may be impossible for any professional to treat, but they are easily understandable to any intelligent lay person who can read and follow along. Indeed, Donald Trump's mental illnesses and the American press and political class's appalling and shameless cowardice in failing to address them will be someday be a mandatory part of the curriculum for secondary-school and university students the world over.
