True story, years ago my employer sent me on a 2-day course about "TRUST". You might think that's silly, but it isn't. I was managing a $50M+ portfolio of businesses and the value of trust within my relationships was infinite. Everyone knows trust is needed in business, but why? And what happens if it's not there? When there is trust, collaboration is easier and results come faster. When there is no trust, every interaction becomes full of friction, things move slower and progress is harder. A business can survive without trust in the short-term but not in the long-term. To tie this to crypto, it's exactly why so many token charts look the way they do. In the beginning there's hopium and speculation. Over time, if the delivery is lackluster or nonexistent, absence of trust becomes apparent and people lose faith and sell. People will have a higher tolerance for risk if trust levels are high. In the absence of trust, projects rely on narratives but people will not hold long-term if narratives is all there is. Your users need to trust you. If they don't, you will struggle. The concept of trust is undervalued in this space, imo. More trust!

I'm getting a little tired of people blaming "Cardano" for their own failures, ngl. It's one thing to call attention to challenges and important issues that need addressing on a systemic level, it's a completely different thing to start blaming your own obstacles and failures on the community or the founding entities. If you choose to build here, if you choose to raise money here, those are your decisions and with those decisions comes responsibility for the success OR failure of your business. If you can't generate interest in your product or establish PmF, that is on you. No one is owed success here. Not by Cardano, not by the community, not by anyone. Cardano is not a charity and the community is not your personal ATM.
