I think the problem is at Man Utd They had it so good under Alex Ferguson. They won everything. They were a giant… WE’RE. Not anymore. Regardless how much you can spend, you’re minnows now. You aren’t that colossal team anymore with a winning mindset. And they’re expecting miracles from managers - which is why ex players give each and every one of them stick. Scholes, Neville, Keane etc. Their deluded fans think they’ll bring in a big manager, spend loads of money and instantly become massive again… when they realise they’re just a top 10-15 club, the unrealistic expectations stop, and they can build over the next 10 years to become a champions league team once again
