I know from my own losses and in reading your comments on X/Twitter how distraught many of you are with falling share prices. In looking at the likely 2026 industry-wide Box Office, we still expect it to grow materially over 2025 and if so that inexorably would significantly increase AMC’s EBITDA. However, the external macro backdrop around us is terrible. War in the Middle East, world oil prices soaring above $100 per barrel and other concerns have knocked the Dow Jones average to its lowest point in five months and the S&P 500 to its lowest point in four months. As for AMC, I am optimistic about our power to increase our earnings this year over last year. As for the state of the world, we will all read the news together. Naturally, we all can wish for the best on global developments.

The entire market is being completely manipulated by market makers who are in so much debt. They have more than likely gotten permission from the government to continue scamming.

The stock would need to be below $1 for 30 TRADING days before issued a warning, which is followed by a 180 day grace period to regain compliance. That grace period can and usually is extended.
If $AMC is trading below $1
210 days from now, then the world is either over and the stock market/money won’t matter or the company has failed to execute and deserves to be delisted.
Everything lies in the hands of the board, upper-lower management and the crews that run each theater. If Hollywood delivers, the guests see the value per dollar spent and the company executes on the “experience” price discovery is inevitable.
This really isn’t that hard.

@dollar_bill59 A reverse split would require a shareholder vote - if AA thought we would need one he would of had it on vote in December - there are no more emergency meetings for things like reverse splits - AA releases MNPI far before the annual meeting
