@KodyBlackSL Usually products are US only because they have it in a warehouse pre-imported for USA... They don't care to offer the option to ship elsewhere, or charge exorbitant amounts to do so. Ordering off aliexpress and building, finding a Chinese clone, or importing myself is possible!

@RedHexem Huh, 99% of this stuff comes directly from china. How in the world are they USA only lol Hipyotech on YT has a few good videos around on current keyboard options, even aliexpress builds. May be of some use!

Keyboard nerds of the internet... I require a new mechanical keyboard I prefer tactile, I require the numpad, and I'd like USB passthrough but I can live without it (begrudgingly) I don't need budget board... I can't seem to find anything good Suggestions?

@KodyBlackSL I was looking at the Q6, Keychron really doesn't make comparing the 99 same-named models very simple though. Unfortunately a lot of the other brands are US only :( I could import though. I'll check epomaker again but I did read they're "So bad they're banned" in the mechkeyb sub

@RedHexem Keychron Q6, Wobkey crush80 or Rainey75+ an epomaker standalone numpad, lemokey P1, anything by epomaker, restomod an old IBM Alps switch keyboard, or Unicomp model M

@AbyssalJackal The ND104 is neat, it's nice it comes in ANSI... Buying the board and swapping every key for tactile and then figuring out how to get passthrough might be a bit steep for me.. I'm a bit overwhelmed by the sheer amount of options for keyboards once you get into "custom"

@RedHexem Unfortunately none of those have pass through. You can hotswap the ND104 very easily. I currently use the ND75 from chillkey. The QWERTY Keys will take some assembling on your end. No need to solder anything tho! Hope those suggestions help!

@soft I've found that the rules notecard length people are willing to read is 0 lines

How short do community rules notecards need to be? Is there a length at which few will bother to read?

I feel like flats on my lines just don't look great, that's why I never offer them. I think it might be because my lines are too thick, I need to figure it out 😅
