The AGs of Florida, Utah, Kansas, and New Mexico are suing Snapchat. The AGs of Alaska, Florida, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Utah have filed separate lawsuits against Meta, alongside a much larger multi-state coalition case. New Jersey’s AG is suing Discord, along with numerous civil lawsuits directly naming the platform. VRChat currently has no AG lawsuits. While I agree it should probably face scrutiny at some point, it is a far smaller and more niche platform than the others listed.
