@BudrinoPolitics No? I can have pets for the low price of an extra $50 a month per person, so $150 a month.

Canada is a wonderful country where your landlord takes 40% of your income and tells you you can’t have kids or pets

@cdnpolling Ontario 2025: 🟢 GPC Canada 2025: 🔴 LPC I only voted LPC over NDP because the NDP admitted in the debate rhat she had never stepped foot in the ridding before running.

@purrlitics Yeah I mean I’m socially liberal/libertarian but I do think the NDP will benefit more from talking about economic issues. The good thing is Avi Lewis isn’t going to abandon marginalized groups, but focus on economics.

@christoaivalis I think Avi is doing a good job communicating. Stiles seems to be too, my conservative father is voting ONDP because of her.

@christoaivalis I know people that have benefited from dental care. Many more people than benefit from cutting taxes on private jets. Same goes for the number of people that benefit from the capital gains tax reversal. That’s the NDP vs. Liberal-Conservative argument.

You have to be wilfully ignorant to think people's opposition to modernity is because of modern medicine or technological innovations instead of cultural changes since 1960. Also fyi life expectancy has decreased since 1960 once you count all the babies we murder.
Dev@sleepy_devo

i love modernity. we went from the average death age being 35, to supply chains efficiently delivering food to every city. every single cuck on this app posting "RETVRN" would desperately want modernity back after their wife dies in childbirth for no reason.

@BudrinoPolitics If the liberals elect a Rogers executive as leader, and the next election is Liberal v. PC, our province might as well just be named "Ontario- A division of the Loblaws-Rogers corporation".

@BagelPolling Whats the solution to the declining birthrate? Its not simply "have more kids" although in a perfect world that would work. The burden of OAS and health care falls on workers as our population ages.

@MikeTheNavyGuy1 He is building the party. Getting in parliament kind of hurts his ability to do that. For it to benefit the ndp they need official party status. They cant do that without rebuilding

This is gross @MaritStiles I agree with and will demand a public inquiry into many decisions the Ford government has made. And yes, should legal wrongdoing be found, ensure it is prosecuted to the extent of the law. But a more important part of a public inquiry is to identify reforms to prevent abuses of power (even where technically legal) in the future. We live in a liberal democracy with rule of law matters and where due process is our right. This kind of language should be resisted. Saying the premier will “be in prison” when there is simply no public evidence of lawbreaking disrespects our democratic institutions. The Greenbelt matters are still under investigation by the RCMP. We must also allow that (admittedly slow) process play out.
Colin D'Mello | Global News@ColinDMello

NEW: NDP Leader Marit Stiles suggests Premier Doug Ford will "be in prison" at the end of this current mandate, and says the NDP would call a public inquiry into the Ford government if elected after the 2029/30 election. #onpoli
