Gore Verbinski has made some interesting movies, sadly Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die isn’t one of them. Sam Rockwell does some heavy lifting in what is a bleak social commentary wearing the skin suit of a weird sci fi romp. Strangely enough the film falls victim to some of the same misinformation it warns against. I understand and agree with what he has to say about social media and Ai, but fuck what a mess.
