@theveektor Hi Vic, if you have a 2022 Ride then the nearest strap to your feet can be tightend. If you have a 2021 Ride then they are not adjustable. If you email team@redpaddleco.com we can assist you.

@mikebmth Hi Mike, sounds like an amazing evening. Next years boards don’t come out until next year so I guess it depends if you want to paddle now or are happy to wait. If you buy a board before the end of August ‘22 you qualify for our adventure pack (worth £150) (drybag and bottle)

@RedPaddleCo Hi, I bought a Compact 9"6 a couple of years ago and the bungees are completely stretched out and do not have any elasticity. This is a design fault. Can you replace?

@RedPaddleCo It's been fully inflated for over a year in my garage, haven't had as need to deflate it up until now :). I'm sure they will loosen the more they are used and I get used to the 'technique' to insert them!

After three sessions this weekend I've got the @RedPaddleCo rescue board inflation and set up to 8 minutes (at least 3 minutes of which is to insert the necessary stiffeners, which are tight even with a quick spray of silicone). Deflation and pack up is down to 5 minutes.

@RedPaddleCo Hi My 10.6 Red exploded today at the beach, very distressing as it was a premium board, brought in summer 17 and been treated with love and the best care. What can be done

@revbickers @bluefinsups @starboardsup Hi Simon, We’ve travelled extensively with our boards in our bags and they travel well. The bags are made to withstand abuse but there is ultimately no accounting for all baggage handlers!

@Lloyd0444Tour 3 months ago, when you placed the order we would still have been making your board. Our production is on schedule the delivery date is at the mercy of shipping delays.

@RedPaddleCo ordered a SUP 3months ago was told it wouldn’t be ready until July That’s now early august if I’m lucky 😡Dreadful lead out time & service

@Lloyd0444Tour we only give a delivery month. Some shops only sell when they receive the stock. Others choose to prefer sell but doing this a long way out from expected arrival date always means there is a risk of not hitting an exact date they may have been promised by the shop
