Varsity softball ends their season with an 8-0 loss to Hopkinton in the semifinals. Outstanding job by Coach Clary, his staff, and the team representing our school with pride.

Hopkinton pushes one across in the top of the 1st, but Belmont limits the damage with two runners in scoring position.

Today's Varsity Softball playoff game vs Hopkinton has been postponed due to the forecast of rain and thunderstorms this afternoon. The game will be played tomorrow, 5 p.m. at Plymouth State.

End of the 3rd and it’s still 3-1 Hopkinton. Belmont got a runner to 3rd but couldn’t get him in.

3-1 Hopkinton on a single to left.

Make it 2-1 Hawks on a fielders choice.

Tie game. A couple of throwing errors have hurt Belmont. Hopkinton scores without the ball passing the mound and has bases loaded, 1-1.

Scoreless second in Laconia. Score is 1-0 Belmont heading to the 3rd
