Didn’t realise spectators safety from a terror threat depended on £ ?

Just a comment on the security yesterday due to the ‘raised terror threat’ - it made the queues completely horrendous for fans getting in, and if this was the case, why were the roads surrounding the stadium open to traffic upon full time? Cars coming down quite capable of mowing down large groups of fans. Seems it was instigated by @therfl and not @CheshirePolice
