@SolidChaos_ When you say almost everyone it can be harmful because it comes across as if it's not a disability because almost everyone has it. I think genetics has a lot to do with your personal circle and then we also tend to surround ourselves with like-minded people if we have the choice.

@sarinaruu No magic medicine to fix us but there are medications that may help manage symptoms. A lot of autistic people have a good result with anti anxiety meds or cannabis. Welcome to the club lol I have been trying to figure my shit out and was late diagnosed at 33.

@sarinaruu You're not broken and I had an inkling that you were on the spectrum, but didnt want to armchair diagnose. Glad you got your diagnosis and hope that helps you get more targeted therapy. I think you also mentioned cPTSD which can present with similar symptoms to autism....
