@ericmcclung @AhoyBricks I never said Reeves is doing full adaptations. For example, look at bane, look at "ROBIN". Reeves respects the comics by actually making battinson act as batman, not as a supersoldier trained to destroy as much city property as possible

The Batman really reveals which people actually read Batman comics (and genuinely engage with them on an artistic level as well) And which Batman fans are just larpers

@RedXAssassin19 @AxelTalksFilm I actually know acting though. 🤣 It’s okay to be wrong. The Prestige and Momento are great. Reeves hadn’t gotten to do that type of movie. The Batman > TDK trilogy. Apes > Inception, Tenet, Dunkirk, Interstellar, etc.

i think there's 100% a middle ground when it comes to these films, the batman and begins are both superior BAT stories due to being much more batman centric & embracing the comic-y mythos more but the dark knight's story/dialogue, villian, score, & pacing makes it the best film.
