@levghost141 Yeah, I guess they send them over electronically if u have a phone appointment but paper scripts are still most common here lol

@Red_Clegane Even where I live (very rural small town) all of my providers send things electronically to the pharmacies. My psych has a little key fob authenticator thing so she can send in controlled meds and I see her via telehealth so it would be very annoying to have to pick one up haha

I have a question for americans, when you get a paper prescription for medication (the one you take to the pharmacist and hand in) what do they look like? Like there one typical script/note or does it depend on doctors/practise/state?

@levghost141 In the UK, you always get a paper prescription (unless there's special circumstances) 😅 I am now learning that that's not normal in the US😅🤣

@Red_Clegane (Unsure of how things work in the UK with that kinda thing as I haven't received medical care in the UK since 1995 when I was 12 lmao so ignore if this is obvious or the same over there :) )

@Red_Clegane There's some variation in style, like font and color, but all have the same basic format. They're also typically 5.5" x 4.5" (14 cm x 11.5 cm).

@MiskifMakr4Loki I've already finished one of the fics, it just needs a final proofread and then an edit and the other one is like half written so it's more which do I post first 😅🤣

@Red_Clegane Id say one fic at a time... B/C I KNOW the drawin attraction of the new idea!!! its over whelming... & as soon as soon as I start writing it I forget the previous fic. but new fic! b/c the idea must be chased & captured!
