All right, you guys know me. Quick notes from the FC Supra du Quebec vs Pacifiv FC game: - Supra played a very nice defense as a collectively constantly forcing the Pacific FC players into errors -Supra showed up to play and never took their foot off the pedal and seemed to have surprised Pacific with their intensity - 1st Supra goal was created by an excellent cross from Clement Bayiha, a player that has shown a lot of hustle in the right side -FC Supra took advantage of a Pacific side that was playing at times lazy defense and gave themselves chances - 2nd half Supra continued capitalizing on Pacific errors -2nd goal by Sean Rea was a fantastic hustle play on a rebound from a fantastic kick from Bayiha -I'm a bit concerned about Supra's soft defense and sloppybess at time throughout the game makes crosses too easy for Pacific -Pacific kept focusing their attack on Supras right side and had success -Fantastic hustle by Supra to end the game on a high note with high energy and a much deserved victory in the dying minutes, can Supra really surprise the #CanPL this season?

Jules Anthony-Vilsaint was once again left out of the Toronto FC squad today and is not in the injury report. What is going on? What if: Vilsaint makes the move to FC Supra Du Quebec to be able play minutes and hopefully get his form and confidence back? I believe that this kind of scenario could be a win - win for both player and club. Vilsaint gets minutes and the club gets a strike/attacking midfielder with MLS experience. As it stands right now, FC Supra's attacking core is very thin with a lot of trialist. Maybe a short-term loan?

Re: Sargent to TFC... I can't re-iterate enough that every single report has consistently said that Sargent wants Toronto and no other MLS team. That's reflective of him, his family, and how he wants his career to progress. Does it stink for @stlCITYsc to not be in the running given that? Yes. But to assume that because a player grew up here through his teens and would want to now return years later just for that reason alone is... dare I say naive to the player and unfair to the club that they "didn't get the job done". And given that + the time it's taken for this deal to happen + the now reported $700K GAM haul that CITY is getting, it's hard to come to any other conclusion other than CITY fought to maximize their return w/the unique situation they're in here. #AllForCITY

After attending FC Supra's first inaugural practice and the press conference, I understand the hype of bringing a CPL team to Quebec, however I still feel like the project is missing some key players on the field. The fact that they brought in players like David Choiniere, Alessandro Biello, and Sean Rea will definitely bring seats to the stadium because they are recognizable names in the Montreal soccer community and people cam relate to it better than a Dagur Dan Thorhelsson, however we have to take into account that players like Rea and Biello haven't proven anything at any level.when we talk strictly about being excited about the product on the field, I feel there's still a lot of work to be done for the league to take notice. As it stands, FC Supra is a second chance or first chance for players to make a name for themselves (CF Montreal Olivier Renard era?). I'm not saying Rocco Plancentino and Mateo Cabanettes wont be capable of putting a competitive team for the 2026 season, but there is still a lot of work to be done. I believe the team will need to find more proven Quebecer attackers that will be able to guide the youngsters because as for now my take is: there's clearly a lot of unproven talent in the squad but how do they reach their full potential? Who sets that standard of play in the squad? Where are the veterans to hold the youngsters accountable. A big shot on Sean Rea and Alessandro Biello has been their work ethic on and off the field regardless of the talent. Who makes these kids wake up and realize they are proffesionals and their opportunities are now counted? #FCSupra #CanPL

Wilfried Nancy understood the pressure, the culture, the expectations. Saying the contrary, no offense @Nicocantor1 , is wrong. It's hard to refuse an offer from Celtic and he knows that his destiny was tied to Paul Tisdale's. He knew that Celtic only wins the league but if you look at the context in which he came in and how games went, giving him more time was not madness. But it is what it is.
