Built this cool little tool to review the trades my algo takes. Shows the $SPX chart and the underlying option together. The option line is either green or red depending on where it is in relation to the entry. The dotted line is the stop loss which evolves into a trailing stop after certain things are met. Thought it was cool enough to share.

@paultoo Few weeks ago I was playing with MCP servers and I deployed a space on Hugging Face. Quickly some anon reached out and submitted a PR to remove tokens I had exposed. Although I intentionally deployed temp tokens, I immediately felt a lot of gratitude for open source.

I wonder if the AI ever adds backdoors or security vulnerabilities? Maybe one of these long-running software agents will decide that the best way to fix the problem is by hacking the system, switching off its own guard-rails and limits, then

@mttgrmm @Aries Problem with things like this is unsuspecting investors will have a bad experience and it will trickle down against the brand they’re trying to buy into. ESP when they’re subject to large private market ups on top of the already vague nature of investing in startups.

@mttgrmm I run @Aries which is a FINRA/SIPC broker dealer and talk to users daily in Discord. This doesn’t make any sense, people with nothing to hide don’t hide.

"We're one of the good guys" says CEO of company who solicits retail investors to buy "shares" (at a significantly inflated price fwiw) in a privately held company they do not own shares of, have direct access to, or have any information rights from which to discern financial performance or market positioning or anything whatsoever to inform the proposed "investment".... All while not clarifying publicly (or, for that matter, to the clients they're soliciting) how exactly this "exposure" is structured or what precisely these clients are buying... AND while privately hiding behind a claimed veil (fake, btw) that their FINRA registration means they can't comment.

$HOOD Robinhood officially brings back 2% brokerage transfer matches for the rest of March 🔥 2% for transferring your assets feels like one of the best offers out there to me, especially if you just buy and hold. Getting $20K to bring over $1M feels like a no brainer. Robinhood has an incredible platform and they are only building out more features monthly. For investors, a 2% brokerage match will bring bigger accounts, gold subscribers, and net deposits. Bigger accounts = more trading volumes, more margin balances, higher AUC, more likely to continue depositing into $HOOD over the long term to grow overall AUC on the platform.

@dankulous @amitisinvesting When @schwab acquired thinkorswim they deleted the feature to sell with any tax strategy, thus making their platform less functional than robinhood. I switched.

@garrytan The numbers app on IOS is even worse, sometimes going as far as completely closing out documents leaving me to have to dig through pages to find the document then even more pages to find where I left off.

Google Sheets and all Google Drive apps on iOS need to have the common decency to remember the last doc I had open It’s very rude design to go forget entirely every single time the app loses focus.
