This is exactly why we as a people struggle to progress. The obsession Jamaicans have with a man’s sexual preference is honestly disturbing. And what’s worse is how people start treating men like they’re less than human simply because of who they choose to love. That mindset is sick. The funniest part is the same people screaming about “protecting a brand” are quick to ignore the fact that plenty of these entertainers associate with gay people outside Jamaica when it benefits them financially or socially. So clearly it’s not about morals, it’s selective outrage and hypocrisy.
