🇨🇺 Cuando todo esto haya pasado y contemplemos lo ocurrido con la perspectiva que da el tiempo, no deberíamos olvidar un dato importante, solo dos naciones impidieron que Cuba muriera de hambre en la más absoluta oscuridad. Únicamente dos: Rusia y México. Los países africanos, por cuya independencia y soberanía Cuba entregó la sangre de miles de sus hijos e hijas, ni siquiera lo han intentado. Y son tierras ricas en petróleo. Muchos otros gobiernos latinoamericanos pronunciaron discursos solidarios, pero sus envíos fueron raquíticos; quizás no quisieran inquietar demasiado a sus respectivas derechas internas. Pero hay una mujer presidenta a la que le importa un bledo el escándalo que pueda armar su propia oposición. Cada mañana la acosan por tenderle la mano a Cuba, y ella, con una calma inalterable, responde que no dejará sola a la isla en este trance. Se llama Claudia, a la que Cuba le estará eternamente agradecida ❤️

A year and a half has passed, and this scene is still etched in my mind. It’s haunting me—how those plastic bags were distributed; how a bag weighing 20kg was labeled as a child, and a 70kg bag was labeled as a man. It’s stuck in my mind how flesh was mingled with flesh and packed away. It’s haunting me that 70 human beings had their bodies turned into pieces of minced meat. Israel is the greatest evil in existence.
