In 2012, Deadmau5 got a random message from a 17-year-old boy who wrote and provided vocals to an unreleased song. Deadmau5 decided to react to it on stream, was absolutely blown away, and instantly signed the kid. The song was eventually released and is one of deadmau5’s biggest hits to this day.
