@BADGEPLUG Looks natty. People don’t realize how much fat hides the muscle. Good work. What bf% were when you started?

"So obvious your not natural" I was, and probably still am going to make a video about this, but let's talk about it.
When I took this picture you seen yesterday on May 1st, I was approximately 175 pounds and I'd say 11-12% Body Fat [weight journal picture].
I'm 6'1, 175 pounds.
From Jeff Nippards video "How To Tell If Someone Is On Steroids (Using Science)" he shows a FFMI chart [Fat Free Mass Index] explaining around a score of 25+ is almost guranteed steroid usage.
If you use a FFMI calculator I'm at around 21, which is extremely well within range.
Does that mean I *have* to be natrual? No, some guys take gear and still look awful, and will fall within a "Natty" FFMI range, but you can't just assume someones on steroids because they've put years into something you can't do.
P:S - 1:1 Coaching - which for me would be customizing a meal plan around a clients life [maybe they work alot, have kids, or both for example], developing a custom routine for them [also around they're most likely busy life], teaching the knowledge of how to lose weight correctly, and bulk properly, when to eat certain foods, what foods to eat, 24/7 access to my phone where I answer as soon as possible, check ins twice a week, and more is absolutely anything but a "quick buck" or a "scam".
Hope this helps.

Microdosing Tirzepatide will come to an end, as I reach a maintainable physique, I will prepare to eat at maintenance most days. I am considering whether 1 month, or 2 months will be sufficient. I like the progress so far. I believe my true weight right now is 178. Weighing 182 on the scale right now, not sure if it from sodium or high water intake but I’ve definitely been bloated.

@BADGEPLUG @Slumpicide I would, you put on significant amount of muscle mass.

@Slumpicide That’s already made🤫 but I’m wondering if I should post here or not as well.

I love Basketball - My only brothers name is Kobe, it’s literally in my blood. As much as I love it though, I may have even more passion for fitness/health and I wanna do something with it to help others, but not sure if I should post things here or make a different account for that?
I used to look like your typical gamer but the gym dramatically improved my life, and I know I could help y’all as well.

I was 10 minutes into a walk when I saw a gray wall of rain dumping about half a mile away.
Then I heard it.
A soft roar getting louder.
I turned around and sprinted to my car. Drops started falling. The car was right there.
Ten steps away, the sky opened.
Made it in soaked, but alive. Watched the chaos from the safety of the driver’s seat.

Tirzepatide has been one of the biggest quality of life upgrades I’ve ever experienced.
Less food noise.
Better energy.
Less joint pain.
Fewer esophageal reactions.
Cutting no longer feels mentally brutal.
I’ve done hard cuts before. This is the first one that feels sustainable.
I’ll be documenting GLP-1s, fat loss, inflammation, and psoriatic arthritis.
