Warhammer isn't black&white, it's different shades of a very, very dark grey, a grimdark grey if you want.

@Loquacian @dunkurtin @NornQueenKya 💯 Chaos Gods are the infinite extreme of their defining emotions & concepts, beyond the wildest, monomaniacal, supremacist fanaticism of mortals. Yes they also absorb some "benign" emotions, but then drive these way past the point of unimaginably corrosive & malevolent toxicity.

And there we get right down to the meat of it. Yes, the survival of humanity IS a goal of good. The ultimate good in fact. Thinking otherwise is a brainwashed heretics view. The left and its outgroup preference man... How can you go against your entire species and think you're morally justified? Even the 'noble' Eldar would nuke a planet of humans to save one Eldar life. You're a traitor to humanity, and the imperium would be justified in its response to you.

What a shallow and boring way to look at Warhammer The coolest part about this setting is watching characters and groups stumble across that line, specifically because the line is so muddled Every faction is often their worst enemy, tied with BOTH noble intent AND maliciousness/incompetency
