A shorter, more local ride for our afternoon group, helping some of the riders build their confidence @RedesdalePrim @TerryCoaker @MrMooRPS @MrMShackleton @frogbikes

A fairly easy route but not without it's challenging little climbs and rough sections of gravel track @RedesdalePrim @TerryCoaker @MrMooRPS @MrMShackleton @frogbikes

After lunch our smaller group had a short ride out, Sone of these children are fairly new to cycling so benefitted from a lot of encouragement and support @RedesdalePrim @TerryCoaker @MackleClaire @frogbikes
