Thank you to everyone who participated in our 8 hour CPR-A-THON at DMU yesterday. Over 55,000 CPR compressions completed by 109 different individuals, as we continued to raise the importance of EVERYONE taking 20 minutes to learn this important skill.

If someone is not breathing at all or not breathing normally, that’s your signal to start CPR. But what does abnormal breathing actually look or sound like during a cardiac arrest? Swipe through to find out 👇

In the most part, because it’s too late by the time emergency services can reasonably be expected to arrive. 🚨Every minute of delay in starting CPR reduces survival prospects by 10%. Only bystander action can meaningfully change these statistics.
