Hiring: CREATIVE INTERN Salary: N80,000 - N150,000 Location: Lagos Job Summary The Creative Intern will support the overall operations of the Creative Department, assisting in ideation, design, production coordination, and brand execution. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, possess strong creative instincts, and have a basic understanding of various creative functions — including design sketching, social media, branding, and executive support. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion production environment and the opportunity to learn directly from seasoned professionals, including the Creative Director and other members of the creative team. Key Responsibilities •Support the Creative Director and Design/Creative Assistant with brainstorming sessions, design mood boards, and trend research. •Assist with sketching, fabric selection, and preparation of visual references for new collections or bespoke pieces. •Collaborate with the Social Media Team to generate creative content ideas, assist during shoots, and support content planning and curation. •Work with the Personal Brand Manager on scheduling, coordination, and brand representation activities. •Support project coordination — ensuring smooth communication between creative, production, and marketing teams. •Assist in organizing creative materials, maintaining an updated inspiration library, and managing visual assets. •Participate in brand campaigns, events, and fittings as required. •Perform any other tasks assigned by the Creative Director or supervising team members. Requirements & Qualifications •Recent graduate or current student in Fashion Design, Creative Arts, Media, or related fields. •Strong passion for fashion and creativity, with a good sense of aesthetics and trends. •Basic knowledge of fashion sketching and design illustration is compulsory. •Familiarity with social media content creation and brand storytelling. •Excellent communication and coordination skills. •Proactive, teachable, and willing to work in a fast-paced, high-demand creative environment. •Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail. Preferred Skills •Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.). •Photography, videography, or styling skills are a plus. •Prior internship or experience in a fashion production or creative agency environment is an advantage.
