The main thing ABS has shown us is that players challenging the call immediately is the only type of challenge we should allow. No more “iPad guy” sitting behind the bench checking the replay. If your players don’t know the call is wrong, it wasn’t egregious enough to overturn
I don’t understand this fight. Teofimo Lopez just lost a wide unanimous decision. Why is he getting an immediate title shot? (Guess we could say the same for Ryan’s last night against Barrios)
Alex Cora was ejected by CB Bucknor for arguing this check swing call on Trevor Story
Bucknor did not appeal to the first base umpire on the check swing, and he has already had several calls overturned on ABS challenges in today's game
@JustinMacmahan Given that cameras measure every pass dribble shot to fractions, humans should not be needed to call goaltending traveling 5 seconds illegal d inbounds etc
Oweh caught it and took a full dribble before the clock started running and then “got the shot off” with a couple tenths of a second left. Santa Clara got robbed by the clock operator. Completely illegitimate win by Kentucky
It’s absurd that the reward for the 13 stolen artworks from Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum is only $10m. They are considered lost and no one was hurt. At this point, simply allowing for them to be sold with immunity should be considered, for cultural purposes. They’re worth 1 b!
People are so flustered that they are interpreting “warning strike” at Berlin airport as having to do with a missile than labour! A missile may actually be easier to deal with. An airport needs workers to operate.
Is St. Louis the most tragic big city in the U.S.?
It basically has Chicago-tier architecture and urban fabric and New York-tier parks, but has an anemic local economy and Houston's transportation system.
