I’m starting to get really irritated with media warning that hounding Kate Middleton is just like the hounding of Princess Diana. I read an article today which said, ‘one would have thought we had learned not to hound members of the royal family since the tragic death of Diana.’ Uhhhhhhh… what!? I guess you all hounding Meghan Markle to the brink of suicide never happened then? Don’t hound the white one, right? She deserves privacy and respect? I cannot believe they would liken this to Diana, but when Harry said that him and Meghan were being hounded like his mum was, he was blasted as an attention seeker for talking about the parallels with his mother’s abuse and her death. I cannot with this toxic, abusive family and our horrible public relationship with them all. It’s gaslighting on a massive scale, right in full view.

Visiting the Amethyst Radiotherapy Centre in Krakow today - stunned by the quality of staff, facilities and treatment here. If the NHS wants to learn how to deliver timely and efficient care, they should look to the Polish NFZ. It's time to start thinking differently.

Cancer patients are being failed by a paralysed medical establishment. Is Britain so broken that we're leaving three advanced treatment facilities closed when thousands of patients are suffering horrific delays? How on earth is this justifiable? It is outrageous.

Over my 40 years in the NHS, power was relentlessly moved from doctors to managers. Bureaucracy often placed above patient interest. Far too many managers are overpaid and underqualified, contributing very little. My view? Their wages would be better spent on frontline staff.
