The geopolitics I learned because of trading may not help much with my trades, but it definitely helps in impressing guys. The moment I start talking about geopolitics and the stock market, they’re already impressed. 😂 Don’t even have to put in extra effort.

“How to avoid emotions?” Probably one of the most popular questions in every trading chat… Let me say this straight. First - what even is an emotion? An emotion is not some random inconvenience. It’s part of your system. Part of you. Millions of years of evolution. Your nature. So the question itself is a bit… off. Trying to avoid emotions is like asking: how do I get rid of being human? You can’t. Once you really understand that - everything shifts. The moment you fight emotions, you already lost. They were here before you became “disciplined”… and they’ll be here long after. So no - the goal is not to eliminate them. The real question is: How do I learn to control my emotions… so they don’t control me? Now that’s where power starts. That’s where choices appear. Here’s something most people miss: Before every emotion - there is a trigger. And very often that trigger is not the market… it’s your beliefs and expectations. Sometimes so deep, you don’t even see them. Example: Can a red P&L on your screen create emotion? No. It’s just information. But your mind instantly connects it to a belief: “Loss = I’m a loser” “Being a loser = rejection, pain, judgment” “Pain = danger” And just like that… the trigger is pulled. Not by the numbers. By what those numbers mean to you. So what’s the conclusion? Stop trying to suppress emotions. Stop trying to run from them. That’s a losing game. Instead - go deeper. Work with your beliefs. With the roots. With the meaning you assign to things. Because that’s what creates the emotional reaction. Your body follows your mind. Emotion is the body’s response. So don’t fight the symptom… work with the source. There are ways to rewire this. Real ones. And yes - I share them in my streams. But for now, just remember: The market doesn’t control your emotions. Your beliefs do.

#XAUUSD Friday's US Market Strategy Recommendations Gold is currently hovering around 4420, which is a short-term support level. If gold tests the 4370-4380 support level during the US session, it could be a buying opportunity. The upside targets are 4420-4450-4470. If gold breaks below 4350, it will continue to fall towards the 4310-4300 target range. Detailed signal strategies will be sent to the Telegram group in a timely manner! #gold

If you had to choose one: Would you rather have • A higher win rate or • Better risk-to-reward? Both matter, but one shapes your equity curve more.

Many traders focus on finding the perfect strategy. But the real challenge is often finding a strategy that fits your personality and lifestyle. Do you think trading style should match personality?

Not going to sugarcoat this. Today I went on tilt. Bad. I'm not going to come in here and say I clicked the wrong contract or it was just a couple bad trades. I completely lost control of my process. My 5 Lucid evals - gone My Topstep XFAs - gone My Tradeify live accounts - gone All of them. One session. It's hard to post this. But I'd rather be honest than be another account that only shows green days. I take full responsibility. No excuses. Zooming out - we're still up about $40k on the year from payouts. So this is a small setback, not the end. But that doesn't make today okay and I know that. I'm stepping away for the weekend. Resetting. Coming back Monday with a clear head and a slower approach. Bad day. Lesson learned. We move forward. I’ll be getting back in my routine of trade recaps and breakdowns as that helped hold me accountable with my trading. It sucks but nothing I can do about it now
