I think Marvel is going to have to eventually (this might be it) ditch the original history of Magneto. WW2 was almost 100 years ago now (81 the end), and the only way to explain it would be to use the de-aging or whatever they did the last time to explain why he was so young. Aka, they would already have to be telling the story. I imagine eventually they will have to change it to some other war (we have more than a few to choose from)

If this is true, I wonder if the MCU reboot will be set in the 80s/90s. Otherwise how would magneto really work this young?

@_Knowledge_07 I figured the love montage was a week, but the fact the Cat’s still around the house means the garbage hadn’t come yet so a week is probably perfect but in real time it was probably two weeks from the diner till they all dead.

In Obsession,Did you notice how small the timeframe of everything going bad actually is? So... the movie implies that the sequence is, the night Bear makes the wish is pretty crazy, then Nikki shows up the following night, and then there's a LOVE montage. It's not exactly clear how much time passes during that montage, in which presumably things are going ok for Nikki and Bear. A few days? A week? Two? And then there's the date scene. Ian calls Bear, reveals her dad isn't sick, and Nikki spirals from that point on. Less than 36 hours later, she's murdering Sarah. In less than 48 hours, the movie ends. Am I the only one who missed how tight the timing was the first watch? Let's call the day of the date, day zero. So.. Day 0 evening - disaster date, SA scene Day 1 \~3 AM - Nikki watches bear sleep, face distorts, screams, brings flowers for Sandy. Sometime later, she covers the door with duct tape and cuts Bears hair. Day 1 Morning - Nikki is seemingly fine, they talk, she packs him lunch. He leaves, she stands there staring at the door all day. Day 1 Noon-Afternoon - Bear goes to work, eats cat, Ian rides with him, tells him not to bring Nikki. Day 1 Evening - Bear calls OWW phone, goes home, Nikki is covered in fluids, she showers and reacts poorly to "boys night". Day 1 Night - Awkward party at Ian's, Nikki stabs herself in the face, they are rejected in an ER for some reason. They talk, scream, cry, Nikki does nightmare moonwalk. Day 2 \~3 AM - that scene Day 2 morning - Bear goes to buy more OWWs, goes to Ian's. Day 2 (not sure about time) - Ian dies, Bear dies, Nikki snaps back, movie ends
