Ghosting is a bad practice and it's not something I execute on my end with a brand I am in a negotiation with Professionalism goes both ways and there is nothing more unprofessional then when a brand agrees to work with you, says they are sending you the contract, and then ghost you In Feb I was down $1,200 in deals due to 2 brands doing this Brands: If you can't move forward with the project anymore just communicate that Don't be "that brand"

Okay, is it just me or does anyone else get annoyed with how “braggy” the UGC community can be? I’m all for celebrating others, but sometimes it kind of feels like some creators only post their brags & praises. Just rubs me the wrong way and I feel like brands see through that 🤷🏼‍♀️
