Why does the discussion around student loan forgiveness revolve around PPP loans? Why don’t we drag in home loans, car loans, home improvement loans, etc? My suggestion is that a tax credit can be given to people who paid. If you want to forgive student loans for people, it would gain more backing if those who paid get a tax credit.
