FDA identified only 4 out of 17 commercial pediatric oncology trials (1997-2020) included PROs (in single arm trials, with PRO as exploratory endpoint). FDA makes a strong recommendation for inclusion of PROs to capture the child's voice. academic.oup.com/jnci/advance-a…
