@Motormouth812 @KingSpringer Using all officials with at least 10 Iowa State games (42 refs), Kipp’s average foul differential is below the overall average, while ISU’s win % with him is above average. Very different from calling him an extreme outlier based on a narrow comparison group.

@KingSpringer Outcome will depend on whether Kip Kissinger refs. ISU has a 7.5 times higher foul differential and their highest win percentage happens when Kissinger refs them. They almost seem like rigged games. Data from @Ref_Metrics.

ZEBRA ALERT — Tonight’s officials for UConn/Furman: Don Daily, Edwin Young and Anthony Jordan. Daily is a primary SEC/Big 12 official and usually pretty solid. I’ve had Young a few times at Rutgers, he works Big Ten mostly and stays out of the way. Don’t know much about Jordan.
