We are aware of the current challenges with Meta not accepting Indian credit cards for WhatsApp messaging payments. For Indian D2C brands, WhatsApp is a critical revenue channel. Any interruption in message delivery directly affects sales, customer experience, and referral performance. To ensure business continuity for our merchants, ReferRush is integrating with a leading WhatsApp Business Service Provider. This will allow us to extend credit lines so that messaging remains uninterrupted even when Meta payment systems experience difficulties. Your referral operations should never go offline. We will share more updates as this rollout progresses.

UPI payouts are temporarily impacted due to a scheduled bank server switch drill on our partner bank’s infrastructure. Because this is happening at the core banking layer, we’re unable to bypass it on our side.
