Whenever a play starts in your primary and goes directly to the basket. You just position adjust by stepping onto the floor and staying engaged until the play ends

From Center your primary coverage is off-ball coverage *until* the ball crosses the lane line extended nearest to you. ***Remember: trail and lead should be strong side whenever possible***
