On Thursday, March 19th Refugee Dream Center will be collaborating with Commercial Fisheries Center of Rhode Island to distribute fresh seafood. Distribution will begin around 11am and continue until 5pm OR while supplies last. #seafood #refugees

Today, RDC held the monthly Journey to Health session, with this months topic being lead safety. This program is designed to empower refugees to improve and maintain their physical, mental, and social well-being through practical health education topics in a relaxed environment.

RDC is currently seeking youth program mentors and volunteers. With the 2025-26 Mentorship Program, we intend to build and develop leadership skills, aid in emotional development and well-being, and maintain self-confidence through engaging activities and events. #Youth #refugees

The Intercultural Women's Group is a program that consists of a group of refugee women from various cultures who engage in activities with volunteers that alleviate social isolation, reduce domestic violence, and increase access to ESL, health education, and other services.

The Refugee Dream Center provides English classes at three different levels, available four days a week. Each class helps our community members progress in their language skills and achieve self-sufficiency within the community.

We were happy to table and support @RefugeeDream for World Refugee Day this past weekend. It was a wonderful celebration of the strength of our refugee neighbors and of the many cultures that make up our community!

Today, Sam from @MosesBrown delivered a donation of 17 Lenovo Chromebooks to be used in the computer classes at RDC. Many refugees come to us with little understanding of how to operate a computer, and we are incredibly grateful to MB for donating these essential resources.
