My 12 year old son received this letter from our GP practice this morning. Is there anyone else out there who’s 12 year old received anything like this before their 13th birthday? I’m shocked. This is so sinister.

Surely if net zero was all about saving the planet we would stop importing fruit, veg & meat & stock & buy seasonal home grown only. Unless net zero isn’t really about saving the planet 🤔

Bit of a change from my usual cooking and baking in the past 24 hours. I went a bit ‘artisan continental’ with three different flavour truffles. White chocolate & coconut, dark chocolate and raspberry and finally milk chocolate with pistachio. All organic with no shite. @DorisNumeroUno is taking them down to her offspring tomorrow as a belated Easter gift.

Who recalls watching the Australian drama 'The Sullivans' on British daytime TV 📺? It was a huge success in the UK, running from 1976 to the early eighties. I used to watch it, together with Crown Court, whenever I was off ill from school.

@UKBackintheDay2 Watching that little clip of how fun breakfast TV was with Johnny & Denise actually brought a tear to my eye. No joke. It genuinely made me sad remembering how good we had it, how that silly adolescent attitude was not punished like it would be today. Take me back please!
