so the thing is that many people set up online stores to sell stuffs ( like clothes or an online product ( maybe a book ) ) or even Web3 technical products like running nodes or setting up API. the thing is that, most of these online business owners are not always online to answer questions or to give their users feedback ( where confused ) so how can we solve this? that's where REFYN comes in. @alex_lrz_nmv Answers about your product as to any your users may have, while you're asleep. If by 2am, your user's tryna buy stuff or find a way through your product and they get stuck. how they'd find their way around. best bet is to ensure it's automated, do you agree?
